وَمَنْ لَا يُجِبْ دَاعِيَ اللَّهِ فَلَيْسَ بِمُعْجِزٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءُ أُولَئِكَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ

Word by Word (2021) Translation

And whoever (does) not respond (to the) caller (of) Allah, then not he can escape in the earth, and not for him from besides Him protectors. Those (are) in error clear."
